Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. Working closely with our marketing team, your primary goal will be to create compelling content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize future campaigns.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategy with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies that may impact our social media strategy.
- Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for enhancing our social media presence.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote special offers, new menu items, and brand initiatives.
- Manage influencer relationships and coordinate partnerships to broaden audience reach and engagement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Social Media Manager position will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their capabilities, and current trends.
